1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to jilibs. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you") and jilibs ("Company," "we," "us," "our") regarding your access to and use of the jilibs website, mobile applications, and all related gaming services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing bets, or using any Services provided by jilibs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and not create an account.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an account and use the Services provided by jilibs. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any winnings or account balances.

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You represent that you are not legally prohibited from gambling or using online gaming services. Persons who have been excluded from gambling activities, either voluntarily or by regulatory order, are strictly prohibited from using the Platform.

2.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

The Services are intended for users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is legal and regulated. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws. jilibs does not permit accounts from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access from certain locations at our sole discretion.

2.4 Single Account Requirement

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with jilibs. Creating multiple accounts, whether using different personal information or the same details, is strictly prohibited. The Company employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Discovery of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, cancellation of bets, and forfeiture of balances and winnings across all accounts.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Information

When creating a jilibs account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 Verification Requirements

jilibs reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or National ID), proof of address (utility bills, bank statements), and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide requested documents within seven (7) days of request. Withdrawal requests may be suspended until satisfactory verification is completed. The Company implements these procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and other prohibited activities.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to immediately notify jilibs of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

3.4 Account Use

Your jilibs account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any other person to access or use your account. All transactions processed through your account are deemed to have been authorized by you, and you bear full responsibility for all activity occurring under your account credentials.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

jilibs accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, online banking transfers via participating Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and approved cryptocurrency wallets. All deposit methods are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as specified on the Platform. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful processing, subject to payment provider verification.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The Company may impose maximum deposit limits for responsible gaming purposes. You may also set personal deposit limits through your account settings. Once set, deposit limit reductions take effect immediately, while increases are subject to a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours to promote responsible gaming practices.

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful account verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, and within three (3) to five (5) business days for bank transfers. Withdrawal amounts are subject to minimum and maximum limits. The Company reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing withdrawal requests, jilibs may require that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time to comply with anti-money laundering regulations. Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are prohibited.

4.5 Fees and Currency

jilibs does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose transaction fees. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion, when applicable, is performed at prevailing exchange rates plus applicable conversion fees.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed through the jilibs Platform are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or irregular betting patterns. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it constitutes acceptance of the bet by jilibs, subject to these Terms.

5.2 Game Rules and Fairness

All casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting options available on jilibs operate according to their respective published rules. Casino games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fair and random outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed in real-time from licensed studios. Sports betting odds are determined by jilibs and may fluctuate based on market conditions.

5.3 Results and Settlement

Bet results and settlements are final once officially confirmed. In the event of obvious errors, including but not limited to incorrect odds, technical malfunctions, or human error, jilibs reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances accordingly. Disputes regarding bet outcomes must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of bet settlement.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

jilibs may impose maximum payout limits on certain games, bet types, or overall account winnings. These limits are specified in individual game rules and betting terms. The Company reserves the right to split payouts exceeding certain thresholds into multiple installments.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

jilibs offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, eligible games, and time restrictions. Bonus terms are clearly stated in promotional materials and must be read carefully before accepting any bonus.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and associated winnings are typically subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱30,000 in qualifying bets before associated winnings become withdrawable. Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements as specified in bonus terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jilibs prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements. The Company reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.4 Modification and Withdrawal

The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, which remain subject to their original terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on the jilibs Platform:

• Underage Gambling: Creating accounts or gambling if under twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, or IP address.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen credit cards, falsified documents, or engaging in any form of payment fraud.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain unfair advantages or manipulate game outcomes.
• Bots and Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or play games.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Exploitation: Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or access the Platform's source code.
• Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or jilibs staff members.
• Illegal Activity: Using the Platform for any purpose that violates Philippine law or international regulations.

Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action. jilibs cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected illegal activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Availability

While jilibs strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. The Company will not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability, except where required by applicable law.

8.2 Technical Issues

In the event of technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes, bet placement, or account balances, jilibs reserves the right to void affected bets and restore accounts to their pre-error state. Users will be notified of significant technical issues and remedial actions taken. The Company's liability is limited to restoring incorrectly processed transactions; we are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or opportunity costs.

8.3 Third-Party Services

jilibs integrates third-party services, including payment processors, game providers, and verification services. While we select reputable partners, we are not responsible for third-party service failures, errors, or security breaches. Your use of third-party payment methods is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

8.4 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jilibs' total liability to any user for all claims arising from or related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the six (6) months preceding the claim, or Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱5,000), whichever is greater. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Company's Right to Suspend or Terminate

jilibs reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account immediately without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, posed security risks, or otherwise acted contrary to the Platform's integrity. Upon termination, all pending bets may be voided, and account balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

9.2 User-Initiated Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within seven (7) business days. Outstanding account balances will be returned to the user's registered payment method after deducting any applicable withdrawal fees, provided all verification requirements have been met and no violations of these Terms have occurred.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming, jilibs offers self-exclusion options allowing users to voluntarily restrict their access to the Platform for specified periods ranging from six (6) months to permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion periods, users cannot access their accounts, place bets, or receive promotional materials. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Internal Complaint Process

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the Services, you must first contact jilibs customer support with a detailed description of the issue. We will investigate and respond to complaints within seven (7) business days. Most disputes can be resolved through our internal complaint process.

10.2 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of jilibs Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the parties.

10.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaint process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. or other mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings will be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilibs Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio clips, video clips, and compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of jilibs or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content from the Platform without express written permission from jilibs.

The jilibs name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and trade names are proprietary to jilibs and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any jilibs trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

12. Changes to Terms

jilibs reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will notify users of material changes through email, Platform notifications, or prominent notices on the website. Your continued use of the Services following posted changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with modified Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedures outlined in Section 9.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this document. Previous versions of the Terms are archived and available upon request to customer support.
